Finished at last! Well, almost. There are few things I need to touch up, but this is close enough --- I've even signed it. This is the first painting I've done for my planned show in October. Very exciting to have at least one done --- it's been a busy year and promises to keep on being busy, so I need to get my nose to the grindstone (or at least the palette). Anyway, this is a view over ELISSA's bow toward Fisherman's Wharf in Galveston. I love the rumpled sails --- note that this is not an ELISSA furl, they were in use during sail training!
